Good bulb supplier
Touch dimmable bulbs seem to be as rare as hens' teeth, but EW seems to be one of the few outlets that supply them. Delivered safely and on time. Well done as, reading reviews of other bulb suppliers, most seem to be badly packaged and arrive broken

I received it at lunchtime today the 5th of December and I am very pleased with it.
you stated that it was delivered on the 25th November , which I believe is wonderful as I did not order it until the 28th of November as your confirmation of my order states.

What a great experience
What a great experience! I have just had a chat online with Theresa, who was extremely helpful with my query, fast and efficient.
Unfortunately the item was out of stock, but she very kindly arranged to include my email on the stock list, so when it arrives in, I will get a notification.
Based on my first experience I have to say I am very impressed. Hopefully I will be placing my first order soon!

Buying from overseas it was good to get full description of product on website. Easy to order and follow up was quick and personal when a problem occurred with shipping. Solution offered and gladly accepted. Product arrived on time and was exactly as was described. Will definitely use again.

Good customer service
Ordered a large number of items and one light bulb arrived broken despite lots of packaging. Contacted EW via live chat and was assisted instantly with an assurance a replacement will be sent out straight away.

Broken Tube
I was happy with my pelmet light fitting but the tube was broken on opening the packet. Seemed too much hassle and time spent to find the customer service email address to complain , so ordered another one from different supplier.
